01. Introduction & Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bd0k platform and all related services. By visiting the bd0k website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

bd0k reserves the right to change or amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

02. Account Eligibility & Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on bd0k:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are opening the account in your own name and for your own use, not on behalf of any third party.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts and any associated funds being forfeited.
• The information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential.
• You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Account Verification

bd0k may request documents to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide the required information may result in the account being temporarily suspended and withdrawal processing being delayed. This is part of our fraud and money laundering prevention measures.

03. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposit Terms

The following methods are currently accepted for depositing funds on bd0k: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

Deposited funds will only be accepted from the account holder's own payment method. Third-party deposits are not accepted and any such funds will be returned.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may be longer in cases involving verification or security reviews.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• bd0k reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Repeatedly cancelling withdrawal requests may result in the account being reviewed.

04. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 will add the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳15,000 before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions — please read the details of each offer.
• If multiple bonus claims are made by the same person, from the same device, or from the same IP address, the account may be closed.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, bd0k reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• bd0k reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If the wagering period for a bonus is not met, the bonus will be cancelled.

05. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

bd0k is committed to ensuring a safe, transparent, and fair environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to influence outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or servers.
• Using another user's account or collecting their personal information.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

If any of the above violations are detected, bd0k may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice and forfeit the associated balance and winnings. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.

06. VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

bd0k's VIP Program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades are based on regular active participation and loyalty. bd0k reserves the right to change the VIP Program terms at any time. VIP rewards are non-transferable and apply only to the associated account.

Cashback Terms

Weekly cashback is added to the account at a set time each week. Specific wagering requirements may apply to cashback — details will be listed on the promotions page. bd0k reserves the right to cancel cashback in the event of a terms violation.

07. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the bd0k website — including logos, brand names, designs, software, graphics, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of bd0k. Limited permission is granted to use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Account Termination

Any user may request to close their account at any time by contacting bd0k. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure (subject to all applicable conditions being met) will be returned to the user.

bd0k may close an account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation. Any forfeited balance in such cases will not be returned.
